At the lowest VIP Level, a small wellness floor for residents and members: a dim cardio strip, a stretch mat, two showers, a sauna in cedar, a cold plunge in honed concrete. Daylight from a single skylight at the back of the lobby. Breath, not noise.

Καφετήρια. A warm ribbon of morning steam.

A small specialty café at semi-basement level, with a glass front giving onto the front court. Honed travertine counter, pendant lights, a Marzocco machine, twelve seats inside and six outside. Free for members in the morning hours; open to the building all day.

A civic threshold. Reception, kiosk, members' rise.

The ground floor is intentionally empty. A reception desk in honed travertine, a glass-walled concierge kiosk, the brass directory wall, the numbered mailbox bank. A discreet stair rises behind the desk to VIP Level M, the Members' Lounge, which floats over the lobby along its full edge.

Above the public threshold, a private one. VIP Level M is the Members' Lounge: twelve hot desks under dimmed pendants, six dedicated desks with monitors and lockers, two soundproof phone booths, an espresso bar, gigabit fibre, and a long reading table along the lobby edge.

Every Signature member receives a Certificate of Address, numbered and sealed, and a digital identity issued from this floor: a landing page on their own domain, a verified business profile, and an agentic concierge that handles client messages on the member's own WhatsApp number, around the clock, in the member's own voice and brand.

Certificates are issued in serial. Members display them framed in their own offices, cite them on contracts, and reproduce them on letterheads.
